They are considering using SN65LVDT100 for their new products.

At this moment, they have the following questions.
Could you please give me your reply?

Q1.
They want to know how to extend this device transmission distance as long as possible.
Could you please give me any your comment, any information or document about this?

Q2 .
Which parameter in SN65LVDT100 datasheet is affected to this device transmission distance mainly.

Q3. If you have any similar device which can achieve longer distance communication than SN65LVDT100, could you please tell me?

You can get longer distances with RS-485. What speed do you require?

They want to transmit LVDS signal with 80MHz and 5 meter distance at least.
Do you know any TI device which can suit it?

As shown above, any standard LVDS transmitter will be able to handle at least 10 m. LVDS buffers with pre-emphasis/equalization like the DS25BR120/DS25BR110 can handle some tens of m.

What distances do you actually require?

Larger distances (up to about 350 m) can be handled with SDI cable drivers/equalizers like the LMH0001/LMH0024, but they require a minimum rate of 125 Mbps.
