TPD4E05U06-Q1: How to use TPD4E05U06, s2p model for differential signal simulation.

We are using the part TPD4E05U06,  but there is only s2p model available for this part in website. We need this ESD to be used in our simulation.
How to use it for differential signals, since it has 4 ports. How to make s2p to s4p model.
