Greetings,
We are using your TUSB8043A hub with the HD3SS3220 port controller. I am not clear on how we set the hub up to auto detect the USBC direction. The hub is keeping power (VBUS) applied to the port/controller. When we plug in a device the direction is not updated until VBUS is turned off/on. See attached. Can you explain how we should set up the hub so when a device is plugged into a USBC connection, the hardware will automatically detect the devices orientation?
