DS90UB9702-Q1EVM: CE/EU Declaration of Conformity (aka EU DoC) required

Casey, i noticed you deleted my other request - that other request was not a duplicate, same problem but it was for a different part number: DS90UB971-Q1EVM, whilst this request is for  DS90UB9702-Q1EVM.

That is fine so long as you can please provide the CE/EU DoC for both parts on this one thread: DS90UB971-Q1EVM and DS90UB9702-Q1EVM.

Thanks for reaching out to us. We put the CE mark for most of all EVMs. There are 2 types of DoC corresponding to the 2 types of CE mark (the CE mark itself is the same)—CE for LVD, EMC, RED for EU directives in exceeding 50 European Union customers in which we never hit 12 months rolling period. The other CE is for RoHS. Most all EVMs are RoHS compliance, so for that reason we would add the CE on the EVM. I hope this clarify the confusion. Below is the snapshot for your information regarding CE marking for RoHS. If you need the Declaration of Conformity for RoHS, please let me know. I can share through a private chat.

Yes, this is correct: we need the CE/EU DoC for RoHS for both DS90UB971-Q1EVM and DS90UB9702-Q1EVM

Can you provide for both parts?

Your colleague Casey closed the thread request for CE/EU Doc of DS90UB971-Q1EVM inadvertently, but said he was working on both CE/EU DoCs.

Let me clarify Aaron's response. We do not have a CE/EU DoC for these products since we do not hit the >50 EU customers shipment in a 12 month rolling period. But we do have RoHS DoC which is what Aaron can provide.
