DS90UB924-Q1: VDDIO and VDD33 back drive phenomenon

Part Number: DS90UB924-Q1

Hello,

Our customer used DS90UB924 for his application, he found that if VDDIO(1.8V) powered before VDD33, there would be current from VDDIO back into VDD33. Below curve is the VDD33 power up timing.

I have confirmed with him that he has disconnected other load connected 1.8V and 3.3V, and only has DS90UB924.  Could you please help to confirm if it is the normal phenomenon? As VDDIO could be either 1.8V or 3.3V, so if there is any relationship between VDDIO and VDD33 which could cause back current.

Best regards
