TMUXHS4412: some question

Part Number: TMUXHS4412

Hi,

1. Could you please explain what is mentioned in the Features section of the "Adaptive common mode voltage tracking"  TMUXHS4412 datasheet?

2. After turning on the switch, approximately how much is the IO Leakage current?

3. Does the TMUXHS4412 allow DC signals with small voltages (Max 430mV) to pass through the conducting channel?"

Thanks!

Jeff

  • Hi Jeff:

1:  "Adaptive common mode voltage tracking" means when signal is switching, Mux will track the signal common mode voltage and will not distort the signal if common mode voltage is different between port A and port B.

2:  for  channel is on, input leakage for high speed IO  is max 5 ua when Vin is 1.8v.

3:  This is diffeential mux, it's not recommend for DC signal application.
