MAX3221E: is not working different lot

Hi, i have max221E device that has 2 different lots.

the below code is working

the below code is not working.

As you can see this is the same code but only some lot numbers are different. Maybe the last picture product can be an old date code.

How can I fix the problem because i assembled it and it is very difficult to replace it?

Please show the schematic, and oscilloscope traces of the logic and RS-232 signals.

Did you get these from an authorized distributor?

Pin 16 is a control input and must not be left floating.

Pin 16 must be pulled high during normal operation.

cna we short circuit with 15 to 16 due to 15 is vcc.
