SN65LVDT388A: SN65LVDT388ADBT thermal resistance and Max. junction temperature details

Dear team,

We are using SN65LVDT388ADBT in our design.We are unable to maintain the junction temperature of the mentioned device within +85 Dec C .So,We require Thermal Resistance(Theta ja,Jb&Jc) and max. operating junction temperature of the mentioned part for further thermal analysis.Kindly support.

Thank you for your question. Texas Instruments cannot guarantee device performance metrics in the datasheet unless the device is operating with the specified range of -40 to 85C.

Additionally, the maximum junction temperature can be estimated by the equation:

Tjmax= TAmax + (Pd x θJA), where TA is the operating free-air temperature and Pd is the power dissipation.
