Part Number: TLK3134

We have always used white for this product, but found that the 18+ product is black.

Could you please help to confirm the cause? Is there any inconsistency between color performance and parameters?

Hi,

Can you share details on how these devices were stored? Were they kept in a sealed container? These devices have MSL4 moisture rating, meaning they should only be in an unsealed open air environment up to 72 hours prior to reflow.

We are wondering if this coloration could be related to storage conditions.
