Hello,
My customer provides 40%-60% duty cycle clock to Dinx.
In this case, how much duty cycle output would be achieved?
Could it be roughly estimated as 35%-65%?
Best regards,
K.Hirano

Hello,
The duty cycle distortion in the datasheet is defined as the "Differential pulse skew (tPHLD - tPLHD)" parameter with a value of 50 pS (typ). In footnote 5, the output criteria was measured with a duty cycle of 45-55%, meaning that the datasheet can only guarantee a 50 nS (typ) - 300 nS (max) duty cycle distortion range for a duty cycle input in the range of 45-55%. This parameter can be used to calculate the impact of distortion on the input frequency.
