Hey Ramin,

The only differences in the pinout are pins 1 & 99.

Pin1 TFP401A:

Pin1 Sil1151CLU100:

Pin99 TFP401A:

Pin99 Sil1151CLU100:

Both these pins should be interoperable but its important to be aware of there differences. Yes this device should be able to replace this socket. Why are you looking to replace the TFP401A?
