TMUXHS4212: A Self-Contained Controller for USB-C for Existing USB-3.1 Device

Part Number: TMUXHS4212
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: HD3SS3220

I have a working design that currently has a USB-3 micro-B device connector, but I would like to switch to a USB-C connector.  I know that I will need to sense the CC pins and mux the super-speed signals.  Is there a stand-alone chip that will control the mux?  I'd like to not have to add any I2C or SPI to control the chip.  Just have my device recognized and the mux work appropriately.

Thanks in advance.
