Part Number: TCAN1145-Q1

Our project need change CAN transceiver from TJA1145AT/FD  to  TCAN1145DRQ1 as an alternative, Could you tell us:

 

1.the differences between this two transceivers,best providing us tables for comparing

  1. Whether TCAN1145DRQ1 can override the functions of the TJA1145AT/FD?

    Sorry for my terrible expression, in another way it means cover the functions.

    We use TJA1145AT/FD for our current project but for future BMW project we need to replace it with your device TCAN1145DRQ1, what we try to check is whether there is any risk for the alternatives or not.

    We use AutoSAR architecture by Vector tool chain, in which CanTrcv module is used. How can we obtain  AutoSAR CanTrcv lib for TCAN1145,you or Vector provide?

    Hi Mingyu,

    Vector would provide support for the AutoSAR library. Vector has added support for TCAN1145 so there should be no issue switching to this device. For low-level driver level, the sample drivers I can provide will translate the high-level commands from Vector to register-level commands that interface directly to the transceiver. Do I have permission to email the address you have linked to your account? I can send you these register-level drivers.
