I have checked E2E again and found the following page.

The answer was Measurement Method 1, but I understood the amplitude to be 550 mv (typ), not 1100 mv (typ).
Is my way of thinking correct?

Sorry for confusion. You are correct, the total peak to peak between the SGMII output differential voltage are 1100mV. Thank you for the clarification.

Again sorry for the confusion. Did not pay attention to the Vpp voltage in the earlier figure.
