Do we know what is different between TCA9617A and TCA9617B, do we have Comparison table?

    The TCA9617B's I²C pins are high impedance when powered off. (But I see no difference in the relevant input leakage current specifications.)

    In the TCA9617B datasheet, the remarks "VCCB cannot be lower than VCCA even when the device is disabled. During power-up, VCCB must rise before VCCA." are missing.

    Hi Far,

    Clemens' is correct here, The "B" version should be recommended over the TCA9617A since the TCA9617B now supports powered off HIGH-Z I/Os.
