DS90UB960-Q1: Request for information about power consumption

I am looking for more information about the power consumption of the DS90UB960-Q1 in the different scenarios. Does the deserializer consume less power if it is powered on, but no cameras are turned on/disconnected? Or if only 1 or 2 cameras are operating, while the others are off/disconnected

    Hi Ramneek,

    Thanks for reaching out with this question. There are various use cases included in the UB960 datasheet which show the power consumption.

    Overall there are not significant changes in power consumption when we use a reduced number of RX ports. If 1-2 RX ports are used in this application, a different deserializer such as the UB954 may be a better fit for this application.
