Does the max current tend to decrease if only 25°C conditions?

Yes, in general the current consumption for devices like this tends to increase as the temperature approaches the upper extreme.

Fukaya-san,

The story is the same for sleep mode, the current consumption increases as the temperature increases for the TLIN1024A-Q1.
