We are using SN65DSI83-Q1 interfaced with a SOM for a vehicle display. We are facing a sporadic display blank issue for which we've taken your support. Your suggestion was to use a REF_CLK. We are not able to do it with the current version and are planning to implement it for the next revision of the board. While testing our current boards(using DSI_CLK), all our testing boards have gone into a permanent blank state. The backlight is ON, following which I probed the MIPI side and LVDS side to check the working of the SN65DSI83-Q1 chip. It is observed that the MIPI_DATA and MIPI_CLK lanes are working fine but on the LVDS side, LVDS_CLK seems to work fine but LVDS_DATA waveforms are not as expected .Power supply and EN pins to SN65DSI83-Q1 are working fine. We have reflashed the software multiple times but the we are not able to bring back the board. Attaching the I2C dump taken.There seems to be an error in the E5 register. Can you help with clearing this error?
