Hi Team,

Can MAX3232E guaranteed 230kbps data rate?
According to the data sheet, Max data rate is Min 150kbps and Typ 250kbps.

If the answer is no, I’m thinking of proposing TRS3232E(RGT package) or TRSF3232E.
Do you have any solution device close to MAX3232E except for these devices?

You are correct; you need one of those devices to get a guaranteed 250 kbps.

Only the 3232E devices have the same features and characteristics.

Hi Takahashi-san,

Clemens is correct - generally I'd probably suggest the TRS3232E (RGT package) in this situation as you don't want to go much faster than necessary to reduce higher frequency energy content in the signal.
