ESD451: Replacement for GBLC03CI

Dear Team,

we are looking for a replacement for following ESD diode GBLC03CI ( used on Analog CVBS output)

What part would you suggest to be better replacement ESD451DPL or TPD1E0B04DPL ?

    Hi, 

    Would you like the replacement to be pin 2 pin or is that not necessary? For p2p, our best cross would be ESDS311 which comes in SOD323 and has similar specs to GBLC03I but the capacitance is higher. If a lower capacitance is required then the replacement would not be p2p.

    Hi McKenzie,

    it doesn't need to be p2p. We would like to be closer or lower with the capacitance regarding to GBLC03CI.

    It is better to be 2pin, but what else have you in mind?

    The two devices that would be the best option would be TPD1E01B04 or ESD341. I have put together a comparison table below.
