Part Number: TCAN1044AV-Q1

I used TXA1042TT/1J from NXP before, and the schematic diagram is as follows. Can I change to TCAN1044AV-Q1 without making any modifications? If it needs to be modified, how should it be modified?

    Hi Tonyx,

    TCAN1044A-Q1 is a direct replacement so there's no need to modify the schematic. The only difference is TCAN1044A doesn't have the SPLIT pin as TJA1042, it's just NC means not internally connected to the device. You can simply leave this pin floating, or keep the trace to split capacitance without changing your previous schematic, both methods will have no issue.
