Hi Team，

When I was debugging DS90UB948-Q1, I found that there was no pop-up window when I clicked usb2any setup to select profile. Have you encountered this phenomenon?

    At first, I could open this pop-up window. I thought it might be because I deliberately showed them that I could not delete the items in the list of loaded profiles when I was demonstrating to customers. But I am curious, if the customer deletes the items in the profile by mistake, Why won’t there be a pop-up window later?
    I tried uninstalling ALP and then reinstalling ALP, but found that there was still no pop-up window.

    Hi Alan,

    The USB2ANY/Aardvark Setup will only pop up when it detects a USB2ANY device. If there is no device connected to it then it will not pop up. If there is no device connected you can try using demo mode as an example.
