Hello,
I'm performing a worst-case timing analysis. Could you please provide maximum tsk(p) (Pulse skew) and maximum tsk(o) (Output skew)? I see that only nominal values are presented in the current datasheet.
Thank you.

Hi Kimberlee,
Looking at the device datasheet, you can see that the pulse skew was determined based on the propagation delay time, low-to-high-level output and propagation delay time, high-to-low-level output. These parameters do have min / max values, which would have been determined based on statistical data. This is why these values are not then again used to determine min / max values for pulse skew, and only a typical is quoted.
This device is very old and the exact characterization data is not readily available, if it was taken.
Regards, Amy
