The Figure 9-1 on p.22 of the datasheet is broken.

Are there any plans to fix this?

And, is the correct picture the same as TLIN1029A-Q1?

Thanks for pointing this out, and yes, the diagram is the same as the diagram in the TLIN1029A-Q1 datasheet.

Just a reminder that the TLIN1029-Q1 does have a duty cycle errata at certain VSUP voltage ranges, which is why we recommend using the TLIN1029A-Q1.

Yes, this looks to have been an artifact from a document migration, and we are in the process of fixing that diagram issue.
