Hi Team

Currently we are using DP83822 PHY IC for our current project and have to connect the data line with out RJ45 connector.

So , we have to use external magnetic pulse transformer. Here we selected the LP41606NL instead of TI recommended Part number , due to size constrained we selected this one.

can we use this part number LP41606NL instead of ALAN-101 ?

Hi Saravanan,

I have reviewed LP41606NL, and it appears to have similar spec to ALAN101.

It does not seem likely there will be an issue with this magnetic, but this has not been explicitly validated on our end.

Do any of the other recommend magnetics meet your sizing constraint?

The recommended all parts are Hight is more then 5mm. we required less then 3 mm.

if you have any alternative , kindly suggest.

Unfortunately we have not validated any magnetics less than 3mm height. Please feel free to re-open this thread if you have any challenges or questions while validating the magnetic chosen.
