    Hi Lawrence,

    From what is shown, the schematic looks ok. I recommend adding a 10uF de-coupling capacitor on the VCC rail near your power supply if you don't already have one.

    I cant tell what ESD device you're using. I recommend using a device with a clamp voltage around 3V if possible. A device we typically reference is the PUSB3FR4.

    we have added 33uF and 100nF cap to REG_3V3(3V3 source), please refer the picture below.

    Hi Lawrence,

    That looks good for the power source. If the ESD is ok, then I don't have any more suggestions for what is shown.

    Your schematic image doesn't show how you control the SEL pin. Make sure this is controlled by a CC or PD controller.
