For doing RGMII timing analysis of DP8386E ethernet Phy, in the Phy datasheet (SNLS504D) in fig 7.6 , Is TsetupR the input setup requirement of signals at PHY?
if so why it is shown in the receive waveforms?.
If it is not , what is the input setup/hold required at Phy?

Thanks for this information. In the datasheet in table 7.10 TskewT and TskewR is given, What does it mean by skew?

TskewT and TskewR are the tunable delay that our PHY can program.
