LMH0001: Lifetime status of LMH0001 and other drivers supporting SMPTE 344M

Dear Experts

What is the lifetime status of LMH0001, any estimation how many years is it still in production?

Seems like evaluation board of LMH0001 is obsolete and not available from anywhere. What other similar SDI ICs would there be for Serial Digital Interface for SMPTE 344M -standard, and would have evaluation board available?

At present there is no plan to obsolete this device. Typically there will be good time before this happens - if it does.

Yes i agreed this is one of the older part. There are newer devices but provide more functionality than LMH0001. Please take a look at LMH0376 or LMH0318. These are much newer part but provide more functionality to provide overall customer applications.

Thanks for the info, however those newer parts are no-go, because output rise/fall times of signals are not compliant for SMPTE 344M -standard.

But LMH0302 looks also usable, is there any plans to obsolete it in near future?
