SN75174: LTC 487 CSW #TRPBF alternative

Hi team,

Could you help recommend the alternatives of LTC 487 CSW #TRPBF? 

P2P is better, and I found SN75174 could meet the need, but it seems old, do we have newer recommendation?

    DS34C87T/DS34LV87T are P2P. Nowadays, the AM26C31/AM26LV31(E) are much more common.

    Hi Lillian,

    The SN75174 is technically the correct match because the comp. device supports RS-485 and RS-422. 

    If they don't need RS-485 and only need RS-422 compliance then the AM26C31 has been recently redesigned and is "similar" in operation and the same pinout. 

    The devices Clemens mentioned also could work - but they are also only RS-422 and not RS-485 + RS-422.
