Hi team,

the datasheet and package drawing and 3D models conflicts with each other in terms of pin assignments. which is correct?

    Hi Kannan,

    The pin assignment in the datasheet is correct. What you see in the package drawing on sheet 21 is the same pin assignment, but looking with the chip flipped over (Bottom view).

    Normal orientation (Top view):

    Chip flipped vertically (Bottom View):

    I see the indentation near pin 1 may be misplaced in the top view datasheet drawing. To confirm, the 3D model image you show is looking from the top correct?
