DS90C385A: The display can't light up with DS90C385A

I use the DS90C385A to light up my display, the display pin define as below.

I different to give it as TFT power, backlight, AVDD, DVDD, but it still not active.

Is that I give the wrong parameter? or I use wrong IC?
