The Avionics FADEC page (Full authority digital engine control (FADEC) design resources | TI.com) states:
The avionics environment at 40Kft, 45 degrees has a typical high energy neutron flux of 7500 N/cm/hr compared to NYC rate of 13 N/cm/hr. The high energy neutrons have energy levels in the range of 1 MeV to 20 Mev, as opposed the the 0.7 eV in the Reliability Estimator. Typically, the devices have a value either in FITs at NYC or cross-sectional area which are scalable to the flux at desired locations.
I found tsb41ba3a-ep.pdf and tsb12lv32-ep.pdf. Since these are EP, I expected they may have an enhanced reliability report for the Avionics environment.

These two devices were developed over 20 years ago for Sony camcorder so I don't think we plan to market this device for Avionics and Space at that time.
