Thanks a lot for your support. One more question is for the A/B input and VCC, if there has another board send a 3.3V signal to A/B input of THVD1451, But VCC of the THVD1451 is 5V, should customer add a level shift there? Thanks a lot for your support to double check.

RS-485/RS-422 bus voltages are not directly related to the supply voltages; what matters is the differential voltage (the voltage drop over the termination resistor). All drivers output at least ±1.5 V, while all receivers must be able to handle ±200 mV.
