I am not sure why it isn't in the datasheet - but please see below for ESD ratings for the MC3486:

We also do not provide Machine Model - TI in general seems to not use this specification a lot (I know there are a few exceptions) - but for this device we only have CDM and HBM as well as IEC61000-4-2 ratings
