Hi Team,
My customer reports an issue about TUSB4020BIPHPR.
The SI team test and found XI_Pin 38 Vil is around -0.5V, which can't meet spec Vmin -0.3V spec.
Please refer to below screenshot of schematic and help to confirm below questions:
1. The external clock input we using is a crystal not an Oscillator, does it also have Vmin requirements?
2. we tried to change serials resistors to 220 ohms on XO pins, measured the Vmin = 0.295V can also meet requirement.
Please check if it's necessary to do these serials resistors change? thanks~
