Hi Kerry,

We offer TCA9517-Q1 which is AEC-Q100 qualified (-40C to 125C)

This device is only validated for standard mode and fast mode speeds (0 to 400kHz). If 1 MHz buffer is needed, TCA9617A/B is our only option at the moment.

If you need only level shifting (not buffering), there is the LSF0102-Q1.
