I looking for a 16-bit I2C I/O expander verilog model(like TCA9539), but I can't find where it is.

so I want you to let me know where I can get that.

    Hi ?? ?,

    TCA9539 only has an IBIS model on ti.com. 

    When you say verilog model, do you have an example of another TI part that offers this type of model? 

    The models that I am familiar with are IBIS, HSPICE, PSPICE, etc. I have not seen or released a Verilog model before.
