    Ekko,

    Unfortunately no, there is no IBIS or PSPICE model for any of the TCAN455x-Q1 family. If you need to simulate the CAN bus waveforms, you could use the TCAN1044A-Q1 IBIS model, as they have similar CAN bus designs.
