We are planning to use SN65DSI83-Q1 for MIPI bus to LVDS and subsequently use SN65LVDS822 for LVDS to RGB (24 bit RGB) conversion to interface with LCD display (which is 24 bit RGB).
I have the following clarification:

Can we use '2' lanes of MIPI DSI bus for 24 bit RGB conversion. 'Or' we have to use all the '4' lanes of MIPI DSI bus to interface to 24 bit RGB LCD display.

You will need to use all four LVDS lanes to match the LVDS formats.
From the DSI83-Q1 datasheet:
From the SN65LVDS822 datasheet:
There is nor DSI -> LVDS device we have that can support the 2-lanes, 14-bit mode.

Further to your response, i have the following clarification.
As per SN65DSI83-Q1 datasheet:
As per SN65LVDS822RGZR datasheet:
It seems (as per SN65LVDS822RGZR datasheet), if we use lanes A0 and A2, we can interface to 24 bit RGB LCD display.
However, SN65DSI83-Q1 doesn't clearly specify if using '2' MIPI DSI bus lanes (A0 and A2) support for 24 bit RGB LCD display.
