If I operate this chip with VCC=1.8V, I can drive signals EN, IN1, IN2 with 3.3V or 1.8V?

Yes. The recommended operating conditions allow up to 3.6 V.

Hello Itzik,

If the device is powered at 1.8 VCC then the signals sent to the enable pin can be up to 1.8V.

The signals sent to the device are limited by the voltage supply and we don't recommend exceeding it.
