ONET1141L: Register configuration issue

The schematic diagram is as follows.When I change the register data, the output signal does not change at all. The signal is the same as the default setting. I try to write new data into each register, but the output does not change at all. Hi Colin,

1). Suggestion is to short or replace with zero-ohm Resistors on SDA and SCK.

2). Reading section 2 of the data sheet, there is already internal 10K pullup and perhaps you can remove external pull ups on these two pins.

3). Other than this, please use scope to verify SDA/SCK timing as noted in section two of the data sheet.

We have preliminarily confirmed that there may be a problem with the hardware circuit. Currently, we plan to add EML TOSA for testing, but we are not sure about the inductor selection in the reference design. Can you help us take a look？Looking forward to your reply, thank you
