Does TI have a new one to replace it? thanks

Unfortunately we do not have a replacement for TSB81BA3. But as a general rule, Texas Instruments will not obsolete products for 'convenience' purposes. but the schmatic has  TSB81BA3 inside. so how can I do for the new design?

Can you use an integrated link/PHY solution such as TSB82AF15-EP, https://www.ti.com/product/TSB82AF15-EP or can you use a S400 PHY instead the S800 PHY?
