The clamp current has nothing to do with this.
The AM26C31's short-circuit current is guaranteed to be lower than its output current limit of 150 mA, so a 15 Ω termination will not damage it. I do not know if the actual output current is high enough to result in temperature problems.
The AM26C32 wants a differential input voltage of at least ±0.1 V, so the current through the termination resistor must be at least 7 mA. So this will work.
