Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TUSB9260
Hello, I have now obtained the source code of TUSB9261 firmware.
In the tusb9260.h file, the DISABLE_WRAP_WINDOW variable is used to control to use store-and-forward or Wrap Window memory function".
I've learned that in store-and-forward mode, the array wrap_window_memory_placeholder holds the data transferred by the chip, and we can manipulate it in that array. For example, let each element in the array increment by 1. However, this mode greatly reduces the overall data transfer speed.
Now, I don't quite understand how the Wrap Window memory function works, and I haven't been able to find any reference documentation.
But I know that this mode has a fast transfer rate, and I like this feature.
If I still need to do something with the transferred data, such as increment each element in the array by 1. Can I do this in Wrap Window memory function mode? What can I do if I can?
Thank you in advance for any help you might be able to provide.
Sincerely.
