TUSB8044A: Reference design for USB8044A with USB-C ports and USB-PD Passthrough?

Part Number: TUSB8044A

I have ordered the TUSB8044A-EVM and am looking to make a 4 port USB Hub based on that starting point which will pass through USB-PD from the upstream port to one of the downstream ports (providing only CC on the other three downstream ports).  I would also like it to swap power supply to consume power from the 'special' downstream port if the upstream port is not connected.

Essentially, the device behind the upstream port will typically be another hub which has wall power and an integrated USB-PD 100W supply, and the 'special' port will be connected to tablet such as an iPad.  When the upstream port is connected, the iPad will charge from the special downstream port, when the upstream port is disconnected, the iPad will source the power for the hub and the other attached downstream devices.

Does such an example exist?  Thanks,
