Hi TI Experts,

Dose TCAN1043A those critical pins have current source connected to VIO or GND as the Figure 8-1. TCAN1043A-Q1 Functional Block Diagram illustrates?

Hi Andy,

TXD has weak pull-up to VIO. EN and nSTB have weak pull-down to GND. All those pins with internal bias are as shown in the functional block diagram.

I want to know the weak pull-up or pull-down biasing ways: are those pins connected with internal resistors or biased by current sources to VIO or GND?

It can be modeled as a pull-up resistor for general use.
