TCAN1043A-Q1: RXD VOH actual value

Part Number: TCAN1043A-Q1

The input voltage of the CPU is 0.8*VDD and there is no margin.
Could you please tell me the actual value of VOH?

If possible, please tell me the average value and standard deviation of the data for about 30 pieces.

Although SPI communication will be performed using a different IC, I received the answer below. It would be very helpful if you could provide me with a similar result.

Similarly, nFAULTpin also has VOH of VIO*0.8.
Please respond to this as well.

V_OH is specified for a certain current. When the actual current is lower, V_OH will be higher; see [FAQ] What is the output voltage (VOH or VOL) when the output current is X or the supply voltage is Y?

When connected to a high-impedance CMOS input, V_OH ≈ V_IO .

Clemens is correct, in the test conditions for VOH and VOL in the datasheet, the current value tested is higher than what is expected when connected to an actual controller, so the values will be different in an actual application. If you still need the characterization values, please let me know, but the customer doesn't need to have any concern about the output levels not meeting the logic thresholds of the controller.
