Hi

we have RS485 support VCC=3.3V with internal charge pump so Voh can be 4.7V as VCC=5V spec?

Thank you!

  • No. RS-485 receivers accept a wide common-mode range, so the common-mode voltage of the driver does not really matter.

Why do you require 4.7 V? What is the actual problem you're trying to solve?

  • Hi Gareth,

Are you looking for a device suggestion that can take 3.3V but the TTL output provides a VoH around 5V?

I believe the only device family we have that has adjustable level shifting is the THVD24xx family (like THVD2410) but the recommended operating max for Vio is up to Vcc.

You probably need to look into using a level shifter after the TTL signal.
