Do we have HDMI switch for 1.4 version?

This really depends on what you are looking for. There are a several items new for HDMI1.4 and not all of them are "required" to say the device supports 1.4. TI does have devices that can say they are 1.4 compliant for signal rates up to 2.25Gbps or 3Gbps (1080p 60Hz 16-bit color depth) for 3D support (TMDS361B is one such device). We do not have any switches that have integrated HEAC or ARC support.

Can TMDS support 4K x 2K for UD resolutions ?

TMDS361 data rate is specified 3G which will support the UD resolution.

Eric, 4K with 24-bit color and 60Hz framerate requires about 14Gbps. HDMI 1.4 tops out at 8.16Gbps throughput. So you'd need to run at 30Hz framerate.
