DPS-DONGLE-EVM failed at FW upload. Is there a way to reflash the device? If so, Can I please get the FW and SW?

Hi,

Please hold the reset button while powering on the dongle. This should erase the device.

Then use USB2ANY Explorer to reflash the device. While the device is plugged into the computer, open USB2ANY Explorer. You should get a prompt to flash the device.
